I like to be at the intersection of things.

I work at the intersection of AI, safety and security. I like understanding systems well enough to find where they break, and then building the tools that help me do it systematically. This typically means a lot of engineering.

In the past, I worked as a software engineer, studied music, computer engineering and theoretical physics, got a PhD in applied mathematics at ENS Paris (officially in "neuroscience" — I was doing computational biology), did an MBA. I don't recommend this trajectory, but it happened.

I’m CTO @ Giskard, where I lead a small team of fabulous researchers & engineers. I write code, deploy infra, and build products — I don't think you can do R&D well from a Google Meet.
